Where We Ship
- Currently shipping across India — all major cities, towns, and most pin codes
- We do not ship internationally at this time
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day

Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on orders above ₹499
- Flat ₹49–₹79 shipping on orders below ₹499 (based on location)
- COD availability depends on pin code serviceability
Order Tracking
- A tracking link/ID will be shared via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched
- You can track your order directly on the courier partner's website
Failed Deliveries
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, a re-attempt will be made
- After 2 failed attempts, the order may be returned to us
- Re-shipping charges will apply for re-dispatch
