At Hushy.in, we want you to love what you ordered. If something's not right, we'll make it right.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible
  • Sale/discounted items are non-refundable

What Qualifies for a Refund

✦ You received a damaged or defective product ✦ You received the wrong item ✦ Product was lost in transit

What Does NOT Qualify

✦ Change of mind after delivery ✦ Minor color variations due to screen differences ✦ Damage caused by the customer

How to Raise a Request

  1. Email us at owwzraza@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your Order ID + clear photos/video of the issue
  3. Our team responds within 2–3 business days
  4. If approved, refund is processed within 5–7 business days to original payment method

Refund Method

  • Prepaid orders → Refund to original payment source
  • COD orders → Refund via Bank Transfer (account details required)
