At Hushy.in, we want you to love what you ordered. If something's not right, we'll make it right.
Eligibility for Returns
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible
- Sale/discounted items are non-refundable
What Qualifies for a Refund
✦ You received a damaged or defective product ✦ You received the wrong item ✦ Product was lost in transit
What Does NOT Qualify
✦ Change of mind after delivery ✦ Minor color variations due to screen differences ✦ Damage caused by the customer
How to Raise a Request
- Email us at owwzraza@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your Order ID + clear photos/video of the issue
- Our team responds within 2–3 business days
- If approved, refund is processed within 5–7 business days to original payment method
Refund Method
- Prepaid orders → Refund to original payment source
- COD orders → Refund via Bank Transfer (account details required)
